I'm am overjoyed that Christmas is almost here. :)
I seriously cannot wait to have my house filled with people, the scent of home baked goods filling the air, the sound of gasps as people open gifts, the thoughts and prayers that we share, and remembering how truly blessed we are.
I can't help but to be that good little Christian kid I was raised to be. So many people, including my own family, have asked me what I want for Christmas, and when I say nothing they frown. I always thought that Christmas was more about giving to others, and being around family, and all that cheesy stuff that I love. I never was into the whole "getting gifts", because I know I have the biggest gift of all. I have an amazing support team within my family, and close friends. I really don't know what I would do without them.
Wishing all of you a safe, happy, special Christmas with you families.
Let's make them last, and not rush through them too quick.
You never know how many more you may get.
